A big thank you to Brookdale at Skyline for hosting our Guadalcanal 1942: A Christmas Story! Over 120 folks showed up for this first showing of the beautiful story of Joe Maloney told through his letters to his parents. Jay Moloney, son of Marine Joe told the story of the events that led up to the memorable island Christmas in 1942. Also Honored Friday was a Guadalcanal Marine who was on the island in 1942, Earl Sneary. Friends of From Mists of Time came from all over the state to see the special movie.
